Not satisfied with the product or is the size incorrect? Which can!
Indicate within 14 days of receipt of your order what you want to return or exchange. This can be done by downloading the return form and sending it fully completed in the package. Then you register your return / exchange via the form below. When we have received it, we will send you an email with a return link (if you have not received it within a day, please check the spam box).
If you return the entire order, you will also receive the shipping costs of the order back on your account. When you return part of the order, the shipping costs for this return will not be reimbursed. The costs for the return or exchange are for the customer. The costs for the reshipment of the exchange are for us.
A payment received by Woolskins will be refunded within 5-10 working days after the dissolution. This is done through our payment provider 'Stripe'.
The items to be returned must, as far as reasonably possible, be delivered in original packaging, unused and undamaged. We only accept items with tags attached.

4. When delivering the package, keep the track & trace code as proof of sending.
